I truly felt like a celebrity when I stayed had. The entire staff is beyond nice and incredibly accommodating. They even provided a shuttle to and from Alona beach and helped me rent a scooter for the day. 5 star experience!

Getting Worse

Contre : Dirty room, dirty bathroom & toilet, staff, dirty green pool, hidden entrance fee for non guests to eat in the restaurant.
We have stayed here a few times now & know there will be some issues, but this time was the worst by far. Staff were generally rude, no good morning, no smile, very unhelpful & room was only tidied once in the time we stayed there, it wasn't even cleaned. Room was dirty, old toiletries, refrigerator in room smells bad, toilet still very dirty, shower dirty, sheets stained. No hot water, TV didn't work properly with poor picture & loud buzzing, bed sheet was for a single bed, stretched to try & fit on a double bed.. Also we invite people there for lunch & a swim in the pool & we are assured the pool will be cleaned as it is green & slimy. We ask many times & assured it will be cleaned & then again about 1 hour before everyone arrives & we are then told the pool cleaner is on vacation. We felt so embarrassed. Then at the end they try to charge us entrance fee for the people to come there because they were not guests, even though we spent so much on food for lunch. I have never heard of being charged entrance fee to a resort restaurant & we were never informed. After disagreeing with the staff they reluctantly cancelled the fee. We had plans to stay again in January but we are so disappointed & sorry to say we won't be staying here again.

Hotel ok aber nur 4 Betten für 6 gebuchte Personen

Emplacement : in der Nähe nur spazieren gehen aber guter shuttle service zum Strand wir z.B Alona Beach
Das Hotel ist wie beschrieben geeignet für Leute die Ruhe haben wollen, etwas weit von der Stadt dafür wohnt man mitten im Biotop. Das Personal war freundlich und der Shuttle-Service zum Strand und Flughafen war super. Leider war unsere Reservierung wohl nicht von Expedia weitergegeben worden, daher sind wir nicht vom Flughafen abgeholt worden und uns standen nur 2 Doppelbetten für 6 Personen zur Verfügung, ein Gästebett wie angekündigt gab es nicht...
