Summary:
Beautiful newly renovated condos near the sand dunes. The best restaurant on the island Pirate's is right down the street. Very short drive to all of the best beaches on the island. Come enjoy our beautiful home on Dauphin Island!

The Space:
This is a downstairs unit in a 4 plex unit. It’s a half a mile away from the beach and you have a great view of the base of the sand dunes from your private patio area with a charcoal grill.

Guest Access:
There are laundry facilities in a building right behind the house. The sand dunes are a protected area so please do not climb up the dunes.

The Neighborhood:
The closest public beach access is a 15 minute walk down the street or a 2 minute drive. There are 3 other public beach accesses, all not far away at all.

Other Things to Note:
Pets: No cats allowed! Dogs are allowed with a $75 fee per dog. There is a maximum of two dogs no larger than 75 pounds each. Dogs who are categorized as "dangerous" or "aggressive" according the ASPCA are not allowed. Please let us know if you're bringing more than one furry friend so we can add the appropriate pet fee, as the Airbnb website does not have a spot for us to add the fee for a second dog . The fee will be added to the cost of your nightly charge. Guests must keep dogs on a leash when outdoors, and clean up after their dogs. Guests who bring a dog without notification could face penalty.
