We got flooded after showering the drainage was not properly prepared and wet our floor room and to outside hall carpeted areas.
The faucet in the sink is loose need to tell the staff.
Towels are old and seemed overly used . There’s holes in the towels need to retire them
Overly the staff are courteous friendly . Our needs was attended promptly when we called

Everything is easy access from the hotel. Staff are amazing through and through. One hotel that I would recommend to family and friends to stay if they take a nice vacation in Davao. This place is indeed my home away from home. ❤️❤️❤️

The place is nice but needs more parking spaces. They should improve the designated smoke area because it does not have roof or trees over it. The food tho is excellent

Amazing hotel, clean and tidy with great staff. However, i paid for breakfast but i didn't get it. My partner and son went for breakfast but was told they could not bring me a plate back to the room. Its a buffet, i only wanted 1 plate. I don't like eating around others early in the morning so i was disappointed with breakfast.
