This is a scam. No front desk. Calling or texting the number provided gets no response. We were left standing in the street. Only after the transaction was completed did Expedia send me the note that booking requires a minimum 24 hours notice. But even after 24 hous still no response from Owner. Scammer.

Worst experience ever
Publié le 12 déc. 2019 sur HotelsDo not book in this place. We arrived early in the morning and it was raining. It was already exhausting and then upon arriving we faced this problem. The staff denies us entry even though we already presented all pertinent details of our booking. Everything was paid for yet the staff insisted that we don’t have any booking.
It feels like we were scammed by this property. They just took our payment and insisted that we don’t have a booking to be able to collect the payment and let other people stay on our booked room.
For the information of all reading this, we did not cancel our booking or anything. I will never book with this property again.
I always book with Hotels.com and this is the first time I experienced such situation 👎

Mr. Askeli, After reading your review we understand your frustration. That's why we apologize and we accept our mistake but you have to remember that emergency will happened anytime. That's why we send you a message in behalf of our staff to apologize that he has an emergency upon your arrival. Our staff forget to let security guard know for your late arrival. That's why we offer you one free night and you responded to us if we can give you special rate if you stay in our property for 2-3 days. We answer you, Yes. and we mention to you that we will give you 20% discount after your free night if you stay additional days in our property. We give instructions to our staff and the security guard to treat you special if you come and stay in our property. We just wondering what happed that all of the sudden you change your mind. Is it because of your message yesterday asking if you will be present to check in our property?. We answered that you have to be there because you are the authorized guest and that's our rules and regulation in our property and of course you are allowed to bring one guest as long you let our staff know.
We try our best to answer all your question and messages to the best of our knowledge. Again, we apologize in behalf of our staff the inconvenience that may cause during your late arrival on Dec. 7, 2019.
