I have stayed here many times. This time they are renovating by the looks so our room had a few missing items. No phone, no safe, shower leaked everywhere BUT the incredible staff made up for it. Marc our room cleaner was fantastic and Herald at Food and Beverage was amazing. Love this hotel.

Located behind SM Lanang, easy access to & from the shopping mall through the bridgeway. The housekeeping staff were very nice & greeted us everyday, special mention to Alile for checking if we needed anything whenever we saw her in the hallway. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thanks!

Checkin was quite quick and the staff friendly. The bed was comfortable, however, there was only one soft pillow so I had to request a couple more. Breakfast was quite limited on the local food, which a lot of tourists or balikbayans were looking for.

The lifts seem to be a bit untrustful in reliability and I think the stairs should be available as I don’t like lifts sometimes. The downstairs toilets need sorting as there is a strong sewage smell there ☝️

Easy access to the mall, good buffet breakfast and everyone was friendly, but it was pretty loud at night as people were singing karaoke in the nearby bar and also the bathrooms need some work. We checked in twice and stayed in 2 different rooms and both bathrooms had issues. I also noticed a stain in my bed cover and the towels are not white which made it look cheap.

A very nice hotel
I love the friendliness of the workers, their willingness to check us in early and most of all the easy access to the mall. My only complaint is the condition of the shower room tiles and the ability to set the desired water temperature.
