Welcome to your new vacation rental in the quite community of Watersong. Watersong itself offers guests the security of a gated community, a luxurious spacious Clubhouse,landscaped grounds and conservation area surrounded by woodlands.
A resort pool and spa, fitness center,Volleyball Court, children's playground and picnic facilities are available to all guests free of charge during your stay. Gym and access to the communal pool are included in your Club House access. The community is ideally located for over 22 high quality 18 - hole golf courses including the prestigious Providence Golf Club which is only 5 minutes away. Most of the courses are open to you.
In this villa you can enjoy the proximity to the club house and still enjoy the tranquility of your own private pool and hot tub with an amazing conservation view. You can relax with your whole family on the extended pool deck on sunny days. If there should be some rain on your holiday there is plenty to do in the spacious house. Our brand new tiled game room has a tennis table,pool and foosball table. In addition we provide a BBQ grill for you to use during your stay, which is free of charge if you clean it. The house is furnished with high quality furniture in a European style.The living room is equipped with a brand-new 70'' TV , in addition every bedroom has its own flat screen TV.
WiFi internet is avaible for you and your party to enjoy. Also included are local telephone calls.

Parfaite Villa bien équipée et très bien entretenue
Au bout d'un voyage de près de 24h, quel plaisir de trouver cette villa à 23:00 dans un état parfait, tant au niveau de l'équipement que de son entretien et de sa propreté! Je félicite évidemment le propriétaire pour son goût, mais également le gestionnaire sur place pour son professionnalisme. Tout s'est déroulé à la perfection. Nous y reviendrons sûrement lors de notre prochain séjour à Orlando.

Apartment is situated on a lovely well kept gated community that's within easy reach of main rounds and supermarkets.Fitted with all the modern conveniences, including a games room, pool and hot tub, definitely a home from home and somewhere you can relax after a busy day at the numerous parks.I would definitely recommend this property and the host is second none when it comes to the booking process and more importantly, communication.Thank you Ingrid, it was an absolute pleasure staying at your house.

This house was very spacious and I loved that the house had a bathroom and TV in each bedroom so that each of my adult children and their spouses could revert to their spaces at the end of the day. The pool and game room was amazing and got used a lot. Unfortunately the there was a slow leak under the kitchen sink and the dishwasher didn’t work. Sometimes things happen unexpectedly, but the host Ingrid was super responsive. It was a gated community with security which I thought was going to be an issue with door dash deliveries. To our surprise, there was no issue. I would highly recommend this place especially for families who want to have peace of mind and enjoy an amazing stay! Thank you Ingrid for your amazing home and your quick response!

It's got everything you need
Plenty of room for our family of 7 adults (over 3 generations). Having an en-suite bathroom in each of the bedrooms was particularly useful. The gates to the community are manned by security, for that extra piece of mind, and the community itself was very quiet. (Although, the British school holidays have not yet started.) We spent most of our days at the Disney or Universal parks, but made good use of the pool and outdoor space whenever we got back. The villa is as described and is equipped with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house!
This was a great stay! The house is fantastic! I really enjoyed the vaulted ceilings and the rooms were plenty big for my family. They mostly enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The neighborhood is also very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was excellent. Large pool and hot tub. What was great about the stay was the owner was wonderful in responding and very accommodating. Amazing house, much better than expected!!
We loved our stay at Watersong! These pictures do not show how wonderful this place is! The bedrooms were big and very comfortable. The house itself was larger than expected! Lots of room for my family and my friend with her kids! The kitchen was impressive as well. The pool was perfect, and with a nice view! We unexpectedly arrived to the area early and the host was very reachable and allowed us to book an additional night to stay. The host was very prompt to respond to any questions! I would stay again and recommend this listing to everyone.

Stunning rental vacation villa
Had a wonderful orlando vacation and enjoyed resting and relaxing at this awesome villa home in Watersong. Especially enjoyed the privacy and conservation view from the pool. Gorgeous spacious high ceilings in the home with lovely tiled showers and roomy bathtubs. Highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful!
Everything about our stay was as close to perfect as you can get. The house was exceptionally clean and just as described. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds are comfortable, there are box fans in every room, and plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The Watersong community is very safe and secure, not to mention quiet. We had one small issue with the hot tub upon arrival but Ingrid was able to correct it and we enjoyed the pool and spa every day all week. We had an early flight on Saturday morning and got caught in the sprinklers while we were loading the car so keep that in mind! (They turned off around 4:30am.) We will definitely look to return to this property again.
