hotel accueillant, situation tranquille - bien

Emplacement : le coin est proche des commerces et restaurants mais tranquille en bout de chemin et en securite
jolie piscine et spa, bon petit dejeuner et chambre tres correct. je le recommande et j'y retournerai sans aucun souci.

The check in was terrible. Showed up at 11:30 was told no rooms available check in was 3. I asked to double check and they said there was a room available. I said perfect they then told me there was a $10 fee per hour for early check in. What a joke will not be staying there ever again. What a terrible concept to charge for early check in when a room is available. Do they understand customer service?? Guess not

Nice hotel that is set back from the road so it's a little more private than some. The staff was amazing. The second shift desk employee was AMAZING. We had a few issues when we checked in, with the room and the TV. He insisted on coming to the room to help. Fixed everything. Was so nice and personable. Would definitely return when we are in town.

We stay there because it had a pool, but when we check in the pool was closed. I ask why they didn't post that on the website and they said they did. I show them the website whre it said pool under amenities and they had nothing to say. Plus the back door of the hotel didn't open with the room card. So you had to walk all around the hotel.
