Emplacement : le coin est proche des commerces et restaurants mais tranquille en bout de chemin et en securite
jolie piscine et spa, bon petit dejeuner et chambre tres correct. je le recommande et j'y retournerai sans aucun souci.

First room (408) door deadbolt & latch mechanism were both broken. Second room (412) deadbolt not working. Third Room (422) TV not working. Fourth room (410) everything working but found someone's left over dinner in the fridge. Was too scared to open it and see. Too tired to go rounds again with the front desk. Gentleman at front desk was super embarassed and did everything he could to help. It was just way beyond his expertise. The Baymont either is the same Hotel as the Days Inn or was changing over because all the door number plaques were actually Days Inn.
Appeared to be some long term residents of the hotel also. If you are looking for a quick overnight stay while travelling, go down to the next exit at least.

I had kids with me and I didn’t have to go to the store for breakfast! I was right across the street and right around the corner for shopping places and gas station. Loved it

The Pool is Broken, of course
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HotelsWe went for my son's birthday. All he wanted was to stay at a hotel with a pool. When we got there they told us the pool was closed and needed a heater. They offered to let us cancel our stay but we had no where else to go last minute and I was traveling with my two kids and my dog.
I also had to pay extra for my pet's stay which was not discussed ahead of time. I'm glad I had the money to cover it and the large damage deposit. I imagine that can be a deal breaker for some families.
Since we came to swim and there was no pool, we ended up spending several long hours in the room together. The room was clean and tidy and comfortable, but with only a handful of television shows on the TV, it was disappointing.
The staff was really nice and they sent someone to help with the TV remote that didn't connect to our television.

Checked in and inquired about swimming facilities to be told that they have been under "repair" upon talking to staff was informed that they have been repairing it for over 2 years.... website did NOT state this. The only thing hot about the breakfast was hot water for oatmeal and a waffle maker... very disappointed.

Traveling across country and needed to stay one night in this area and came across this hotel. For a one night stay it sufficed for me. Some of the amenities were lacking but you can tell that the staff is making an effort to make things accommodating.

It was ok…
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room was nice but the cleaning of it wasn’t as it should be (hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub), bathroom counter didn’t look like it was cleaned and the faucet and mirror had toothpaste platters on them. Beds are comfy and the a/c worked which is what we were looking for.
