On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, offering a tranquil haven for a peaceful night's sleep. Upstairs, the master suite awaits, boasting a lavish king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Indulge in pure luxury as you unwind in the private tub or refresh in the spacious walk-in shower.

For the younger ones in your group, the themed room with a twin-sized bunk bed provides an exciting and imaginative space for them to enjoy. This room also includes an ensuite bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy.

The fourth bedroom features two full-size beds, providing ample space for guests to unwind and recharge. The captivating decor and comfortable furnishings create a delightful atmosphere.
Take a dip in the large screened pool or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun.

Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

Great stay!
This area is perfect for family vacations, whether planning a trip to one of the parks or just exploring Florida. The management was super easy to communicate with and the house was great! Definitely would book here again.

Great for the family
This property was just as described and the entire process was easy to follow. Getting the parking pass at the gate was simple for us and the other primary drivers. It was nice to be able to skip the lines with the pass after the first time through and also to enter the resort pool and amenities. The resort area was great for easy play with both toddlers and teens. Plenty of clean, comfortable sleeping room plus an area for a pack and play. The kitchen made it easy to save money on food by going to a nearby Publix first. The only thing I would have liked was more soap, toilet paper and maybe some basics like salt/pepper. Would definitely stay here again and well worth the money.

The property was beautiful. The checkin process was so simple. Communication was clear and all instructions were in the welcome email. The gate attendant was very helpful. The door was locked with a keypad which made entering so easy as were had our grandson with us. Not having to keep up with a key was great. The only issues we had was the pool was not heated and the dryer took all day to dry the clothes. The location was great and we really enjoyed the water park and the club house. We will definitely be back.

Nice location, great amenities within the community. The property itself was very clean and as listed, just the pool is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures. We did pay the extra to have the pool heated, but it sure didn't seem to be heated! I did try to contact the property manager regarding this and I never recieved a response. Otherwise no issues.

Overall it was a good trip
The community doesn’t enforce their rules. We had constant parties going on at all hours with vulgar music and tons of traffic in the subdivision. People were walking their parking passes to others after they got through the gate which made parking horrible. My only complaint with the home itself was that the dressers were not anchored down in the kids room and it fell on my 5 year old. Luckily he only had a few bumps and bruises, but I was less than impressed with managements reaction. No one came to anchor them and make it safe for the remainder of our trip and no one even reached out after it was reported to ask if he was okay. Anchored dressers are a must for children safety and I hope they take the steps to assure this doesn’t happen again. Other than that, the home was comfortable and the pool heat worked well.

The property is just as it was listed...very clean, modern, and well equipped. We were short some towels and had an issue with the TV cable boxes not working, but management was very communicative and quickly addressed the issue. The pool is great and the neighborhood is very nice. There are 2 recreation areas that include pools, a lazy river, food and drinks, a gym...all very well maintained and run. We really enjoyed our time here and my family is already saying that they want to return to the property the next time we go down to FL.

We all slept very well..
The property was really nice as we all enjoyed our visit. However, the issue that I faced was that. The code that was sent to get in didn’t work. My family and I didn’t get into the property until about 30 minutes after several tries. Although the receptionist did take her time to help and walk me through the process. Another issue is the Wi-fi service isn’t the best. So please don’t even bother turning the tv on to watch a show. It was only good for using the Bluetooth for music. Lastly, I was under the impression that the Club House area was close by. However, it was a 6 minute drive from this location.

Relaxing
The place by far is very pretty, decorations/decor is modern and clean cut looking. Pool was cute, small but perfect for a family of four maye 6 if you have kids. Check in process was very easy had to check in early but with a small fee the property was easy to work with. Had lots of stores and places to grab a quick bite to eat. I would definitely book again here. Nice experience.. cons, they can be alittle more thorough with cleaning service or maybe I just have OCD but for the fee they charge, that place should be in top shape! Found pieces of cookies in the closet, juice stains on the bed frames which were sticky,showers could of been cleaner and the pool was dirty, but for the inconvenience they let us have a late check out which saved us $80 bucks, thank god cause our flight wasn’t leaving until night time so that was a blessing and I really did appreciate that! So with that being said this place was awesome. And they came and cleaned the pool the next day, the pool looked amazing after that!! Thank you for having us!

This stay was so relaxing!! Every room looked exactly like the pictures, and the kids loved the cartoon themed rooms. The house was very clean and was equipped with necessities like pans, utensils etc making it very homely.
