The property was fine. Our room had a sink that didn't drain, the stopper was closed and the lever did not operate it. I called the desk at 6:30 pm, they said they would send someone up to help. At 9:30 I called to say don't bother as we're going to bed. The next morning I spoke to the front desk and they had no record of any problem. The person checking out before me informed them of a loose toilet seat. Nice property, poorly maintained. Also our toilet flusher handle was broken. The hotel was at best half full on a Sunday night so an easy fix would have been to just move us but no attempt was made. We did get to brush our teeth in the shower, a new experience for sure.

Front desk staff was dealing with a out of control women wanting pool privileges. The one man did a great job, held his ground, no guest can swim. Other guy checked us in with an apology. A larger TV would have been nice, but watch football just the same. This was 10/5/23

Toilet paper and tissues were like rice paper. Never enough of wash clothes to bathe with.

This was 2nd night of a 3 day cross country trip. Stayed previous night 10 hours away in a Super 8. My wife wanted "a little upgrade" on the 2nd night and this filled the bill. I'd call it a 4 Star Hotel and it properly checked all those boxes on comfort, cleanliness, on site restaurant and good customer service. The pool happened to be down. While that wasn't an issue for us. I can see it as a downer for someone making a same day advance reservation that wanted a pool (ie with kids)
