My family enjoyed the stay. Loved the half bath off the pool deck.

Disappointed
Publié le 3 juill. 2023 sur HotelsUtensils were dirty with dried food when we first got there, ants in the drawer also. Found big bugs every morning on the floor, in the dishwasher. Pool wasn’t clean. Sheets were dirty. Garbage in the yard. Cob webs in the corners and vents super dusty. Contacted manager/owner, response was the house was clean, pics they sent didn’t show the issues. Sent pool guy out to clean it next day.

Hello AngelaThank you for taking the time to leave a review.Thank you for confirming receipt of photos we sent you of the inspection showing a clean house towels and bedding. You never replied to my email or returned my phone call. It is difficult to make a guests stay more comfortable when they refuse to communicate . The pool was clean the following morning as promised after the torrential rain storms from the previous day. I have come to the conclusion that you are not cut out for self catering properties. In a hotel you have daily maid service and the pool is clean daily . In a private home you do the cleaning and cooking yourself the pool service is twice a week. You bring back in the trash can after collection like you would at home. We have found no bugs in the house before or after your stay we inform you if you need assistance to contact us you decided not to. We have many great reviews on Expedia and other channels from guests who stay in the house. Have a Great rest of year .Thank you again for staying with us.

We hebben heel erg genoten van dit huis. Het was schoon en alles was aanwezig. De communicatie liep ook op rolletjes. We zouden zeker terug gaan naar dit huis.

We liked that there was a resort pool with other amenities and felt safe in the gated community. The house was large and gave us all our own space. The backyard pool and hot tub area were somewhat run down — the screen over the pool was ripped. Overall, we really liked the property and had a great time!

My family was very happy with the house. The kids had an amazing time playing in the garage with the pool table. The kids had an amazing time in the pool swimming. Everything was perfect for a family vacation. The kids didn’t want to leave. We will be staying here again for the future trips to Florida.
