So, it is actually 2 Hotels in one.... a Days Inn & Baymont Hotel (both owned by Wyndham). I got a 1st floor Days Inn room, the room was clean, comfortable, & quiet (pretty good for New Years Eve). The breakfast was excellent (scrambled eggs, sausage, milk, etc), so... better than standard "continental breakfast fare one usually sees. $68 thru Hotels.com. As i frequently go to the Quad Cities, ill definitely go here again. An A+ experience.....
Need to get my deposit back. Was taken from me for a manufactured reason.

There was a gentlemen at the desk who worked through the nights who was not very helpful. I had to track my refund and call twice to make sure that I received it. The room was a good quality for the price. If you don't mind hearing your neighbors talk, or monitoring the refund, its a fine place to stay.
WAY TOO MANY DOGS AND THE DOG OWNERS DID NOT RESPECT THE OTHER GUEST THAT DONT WANT TO BE NEAR THEIR DOGS. BIG DOGS, SMALL DOGS, DOGS OF ALL SORTS WALKING THE HALLS. KEEP THEM IN ONE SECTION OF THE HOTLE OR BETTER YET ONLY SMALL DOGS OR NO DOGS. HORRIBLE BECAUSE I WAS ALMOST ATTACKED BY ONE OF THE DOGS.
There's nothing unique at all no breakfast, no washer and dryer, no ice machine the rooms are old and falling apart none of the appliances work... management is poor also the house keepers..

Ok place for one night. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Room got cold at night, probably due to cracked window. Breakfast was very limited

We arrived later evening. I had pre-paid so was given room key for 423. We walked to the elevator which was labeled out of service. The hotel was NOT full so I feel that the desk clerk should have warned us about being on the top floor without an elevator and ask if that was physically ok for us or if we would like a room on a lower floor.
