The staff was very friendly and courteous. What I didn't like is, we paid for a breakfast buffet that was pretty much what other hotels offer free of charge. Nothing special about the food offerings for $12.99 a person. My daughter and her family stayed at another hotel nearby and received more food offerings and was free.

Staff go above and beyond for you

Booked the one bedroom suite and the rooms were huge. Assistant Manager did an excellent job with the room door lock issue. Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. My husband and I are looking forward to our next stay here. The location is extremely convenient to everything Davenport/Bettendorf has to offer. The spa and pool were great! We recommend staying here.

Great Stay

Very pleasant stay. Very nice comfortable clean room. Remote for TV did not work it we weren't really bothered by it. Also great location. Easy access to major roads.

It was very clean and it was very comfortable. Just disappointed that the hot tub was not working.

Bottles of shower items were empty, but were quickly replaced with a call to the front desk. Our hotel room smelled of cigarette smoke. The area felt a little run down and certain amenities were broken (hot tub).

The smell we will certainly look into as we are a non-smoking hotel. And our hot tub did have an issue but we are so glad to report we were able to replace the part and it is now up and running again! We hope we can welcome you back for another chance to impress you.
