Raja is a wonderful and very helpful host. The location is ideal. We would highly recommend this propertyhighlyrecommend staying

Excellent villa for large families
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an excellent vacation at this villa. The villa was of a high standard with all facilities needed for a lovely stay. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the welcome pack was a lovely thought and appreciated. It is a lovely family home where we as a family of 6 spent many hours round the lovely pool looking over the forest were much wildlife was spotted The games room especially the pool table provided many competitive evenings!! The management company were excellent as we experienced a small problem with a water leak from the A/C unit, this was reported and rectified within 2 hours. We would highly recommend this villa and are actively looking to see when we are able to return in the future.

Parks, parks & more parks

We spent our days at the parks most of which were 30 mins away by car then chilled in the evening either by the pool or watching tv on the very comfortable sofas. The house is within a gated community and the security and other residents are very friendly. This is a perfect house to stay for a family and I would 100% recommend this property.

Vi elskede husets størrelse, pool og udeområdet og brugte flittigt sktivitetsrummet i huset hver aften. Fællesfaciliteterne med den store pool var fantastisk. God kommunikation med udlejer⭐️

Family Vacation

The home was beautiful, clean and well kept and the pool was also well managed.There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax but close enough to keep an eye on the kids at all times. We ended up requesting a BBQ during our stay and it was delivered quickly with supplies which was very much appreciated. Getting a hold of the property manager was not difficult and any questions were answered promptly. The people working the front gate were extremely welcoming and we never had any problems/concerns with entry. There were some rules for staying at the house which we found very appropriate, most I felt were common sense and/or common curtesy when staying at someone’s home (lock up when you leave, run the dishwasher when you leave, and start a load of laundry, things like that). Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and enjoyed coming back to a beautiful home after long days running around. We would definitely book again and would recommend this spot to others!

Wonderful stay

We’ve stayed all up and down the US27 and Champions Gate over the years and although Watersong is a little further away from the hustle and bustle, this means that it’s a more peaceful location with lots of wildlife in the area.
Nice clean estate and house and when we had an issue with one of the doors, the management company responded straight away.
Can’t fault the property. Was exactly like the photos and description. Lots of room and plenty of space for everyone.

Great As Advertised
Publié le 4 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayHome was clean and ranch style layout was easy to move around in. Pool was just as nice as the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough to the parks to make travel easy. If you're considering this place, just do it. You won't be disappointed.

Very enjoyble stay
Publié le 27 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery clean and well maintained. Raja was a great host. Very responsive as was his property mgr. Our grandkids totally enjoyed the pool. We also took advantage of the great pool at the resort. Would totally recommend this propety to anyone. The only drawback was the heavy traffic at times...but nothing that raja could do anything about!! Stay away from rush hour!!

Ideal home for large family
