'Silver Palms' is a gorgeous Mediterranean-style two-storey house on the idyllic 'Watersong' development, designed with generous open living areas, elegant features, and flowing layouts for a truly exclusive feeling. Our custom-made home has a colourful exterior, designer kitchen features, and is loaded with upgrades including fully tiled floors, and an oversized pool area. It stands on an over-sized conservation lot, providing privacy in the back yard because you are not overlooked from the rear. Nature’s paradise can be your private retreat!
Features include: Four bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Oversized pool area with toilet and shower area. Fully equipped games room. Lounge has 50' plasma TV.
Please note that our home is licenced to sleep a maximum of 8 guests.
Watersong has easy access to the I4 expressway and is just 20 minutes from Disney World with easy access to Universal Studios, Sea World, the airport, the beach, shopping centres and many more attractions including world class golf courses. On site is a spacious 6,700 sq ft clubhouse.

Close to major golf resorts: Reunion (Home to the LPGA) Providence, and Champions Gate championship golf courses are nearby, as are several others.

We provide a very personal management service to help with all your booking requirements, as you will see from our extensive positive feedback.

Très belle propriété.
La maison est très bien située, près de tous les attractions d’Orlando à + ou - 30 minutes. Le propriétaire de la maison est très réactif et très rapide à répondre aux courriels en cas de questionnement en lien avec la propriété. Nous avons eu un très beau séjour.

The Villa provided a quiet relaxing base for the fun filled days of Disney and Universal excursions. Davenport has some great places to eat, we tried Chillis Tex Mex and Beef O Brady's. The host, Neil, responded promptly with all communication and is knowledgeable on the local area. Highly recommended.

Would recommend!
We stayed at this home to go between LEGOLAND and SeaWorld. We hit some Disney traffic which added a bit of time but overall was a nice quiet neighborhood. Pool was great, layout was great with kids. Great communication with owner. Had all the household essentials we needed. Would stay again!

Just what we needed!
This condo is definitely one of the better ones we’ve stayed in! The upgrades to the furniture were nice! Beds were super comfy! Plenty of room in the living room and kitchen to fit our party of 8. We had a blast in the pool, the kids loved the game room and having their own pool right outside. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more! Ample towels in the bathrooms and for the pool! Neil was great to communicate with! We very much enjoyed this property!

Wonderful home!
This is a very nice vacation home! Plenty of space for ourselves and grown children for a week. The home is well stocked with paper supplies and soap to get your vacation started. We had all we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. We had the pool heated, which was perfect for our cold Michigan bodies. The neighborhood is one of our favorites. It is quiet and others staying here are friendly. The owner was very helpful and would respond to emails quickly. The house is as pictured and clean. If you forgot your book, there are plenty here!! The TV is a good size for the area. Every bedroom has its own bathroom; which was great. We will definitely be coming back!!

Great location, plenty of room
The house is exactly as pictured. We stayed here with our daughter and her family. 6 of us in total. It’s in a lovely secure gated community. The only issue we had was with the pool being too cold to enjoy when we paid extra for heat. After communicating with Neil he had someone come out and fix it and then the pool was lovely. A great feature is the bathroom that’s accessible from the pool patio so you’re not going through the house all wet. And the covered patio table to eat outside but not in the sun. Neil, the host was always quick to respond within a few hours if not sooner. We paid extra for a rental bbq, which was handy but not a great bbq. There is a grill in the pics but it’s not useable. This was confusing to me at first as well. Overall this was a great vacation location. Close to many local attractions without being in a busy neighborhood. The gate lady we encountered was so friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Good 4 week stay.
Overall a great stay. Beds were comfortable, plenty of kitchenware. House was clean and as advertised. Better than most vacation rentals we've stayed in. Minor issue of a shower drain draining slow was addressed immediately by property manager. The grill that was provided was worn out and Neil saw to it that it was replaced with a brand new one within one day. Pool and hot tub were great, well worth the cost of heating. Price was reasonable. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Neil, the owner. always answered my questions quickly. A pleasure to deal with. House is as advertised and looks even better in person. Safe, gated community. House was very clean. Love that all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Definitely would come in handy for larger groups of people. We had no issues while there. Took about 30 minutes or so to get to Disney Parks, depending on traffic. I love this area, but I will say that since our last stay in this area, that it has been developed much more. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Overall, our stay was good. Neil, the owner, communicates well. The neighborhood is great and we felt safe the whole time. The location is not centrally located to Disney or major shopping so allow yourself time to get to those places if youre on a schedule.

Overall great stay
Communication with property management was excellent. I asked questions well before arrival, just before arrival, and at departure. All questions were answered quickly. The property is in great condition and we enjoyed the pool on days we werent busy. Unfortunately, you can hear outside noise from the bedroom downstairs so a couple of nights we didn't sleep as well. My family also enjoyed the game room. Checking in was a little slow since others were in line when we arrived a couple of days. The rooms are spacious and the bedding was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The house was good. The neighborhood was good. Disney and other attractions nearby. The pool was clean, and the kids enjoyed it. There was some confusion on the check in time. We thought we had agreed to an early check in, but cleaning had not been completed. We were informed ahead of time an extra cleaner could have the house ready by 12:00pm. We declined the extra cleaner and were given the implication that it would be ready by 2:00 pm. It was not ready. Other than this, our first experience with VRBO was a good one.

Fantastic Vacation Property
My wife and I stayed at Silver Palms for 5 weeks (last Sat of Jan 2023 to the first Sat of March). We had my daughters family of 6 join us for a week amd another daughter and husband join us for a week. The house has 4 bedrooms (all with an en-suite). In all cases our guests and us had lots of room and were very comfortable. The inside is identical to the pictures. The kitchen is very well appointed - very new fridge - and has enough cutlery, dinnerware amd pots and pans for all of our guests plus more. The backyard is very delightful- the pool was a fantastic treat for everyone. We did pay the extra cost for pool heat and glad we did. Everyone found the temp of the pool and spa to be great. The house is in a gated community that was very secure. I contacted Neil the owner several times. He got back to my text or email almost instantaneously which was very much appreciated. There is a great public golf course 10 min away called Providence in the community a bit north of the one we stayed in. As with most places in Florida there are tons of restaurants within a half hour radius. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it.

Amazing place
We really enjoyed this house for our family of six. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the pool and all the amenities. Neil was amazing at responding to things that came up and quick to resolve anything we needed. We felt the space and size of the house was perfect for our four young kids. They had a lot of fun toys in the garage and the kids loved the TVs in the room. Will definitely love staying here next time

The home is located in a great location with grocery stores and restaurants near by. It’s a gated community and well maintained. It’s about 30 minutes to Disney World and Universal. The home owner and property manager were great to deal with and were very prompt dealing with two minor issues we had(no fault of anyone’s). The home owner had great communication leading up to the day of check in which was a breeze. The home is very spacious and as seen through pictures on VRBO. We stayed with another family totaling 4 adults and 4 teens with lots of space. The garage is made into a games room and kept everyone entertained. Great pool and hot tub area. Very clean home and it was a nice touch that there was a Christmas tree up and some decorations as we were there over Christmas. We have stayed in several VRBO rentals near Orlando and this home did not disappoint, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great home with an awesome owner to deal with.

Neil is an amazing host!
There are so many nice rental properties in Florida, but what really stands out at this property is Neil the owner. He is very responsive to questions, concerns or problems. I have had other property owners take 8 months to respond!, but not Neil, he responds within minutes. The house itself is lovely. Enough space for 4 adults , 1 teenager and 2 kids age 7 and 5. The pool area is amazing and my family enjoyed it so much. We had a bit cooler weather when we visited so the water was not as warm as we would like, but Neil cannot control the weather, so that is not a reflection on him. I would definitely stay here again when we visit Disney World. The garage is set up very nice with ping pong table, pool table and a soccer table (i don't know what they are called).. Kids would play in there after walking all day in the amusement parks. Getting to Disney World Resort took about 20 to 30 minutes. We were visiting during Thanksgiving week, which made traffic much heavier than usual. Otherwise I think it would be 15 to 20 minutes. Thank you Neil for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, Can't wait to book again!
