Ok to rest for a few hours on a road trip

Horrible experience, bathroom was in a terrible shape. Staff refused to move us to a different room. My kids cried all night when they had a very big tournament a day later. Room smelt very bad. We had to check out the next day and get another hotel at a higher price. The check in person didn't return my driver's licence and when we called to confirm, they said there was no DL left. When we went there in person, a very nice front desk person named Geovanni returned it. Both Geovanni and another front desk person felt very bad for us and requested the full refund especially when we were not given another room but apparantly the property manager didn't think we had had bad enough experience and decided to keep the money for the horrible night we stayed at the hotel. Shower was broken, shower handle fell in my hand when I tried to turn it on. Toilet was dirty, I had to clean it myself before we could use it. Bathroom was falling apart everywhere and the room carpet smelt so bad. Front desk person said the property is going through a renovation in two weeks which we could totally tell that it was desparately needed. The only thing we can't understand, why would you rent out your hotel if it is in such a bad shape. Moreover, the manager refused to refund for the one night we stayed at the hotel which was the worst experience of our hotel stays so far. Would never ever stay at this hotel even if they renovate it completely because of the inconsideration of the manager.

Hey Pawandeep PurewalWe are sorry of your experience here at the hotel however no refund was approved by Geovanny he did confirm that the remaining nights might be approved by the manager for refund since you didn't stay those nights.The refund was approved by the manager we told the third already, you need to contact your third party.
