Publié le 25 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a church group attending a conference in the area. Most of us were up at the Renwick, but the guest house was a great inexpensive option for three extra bedrooms. The house is quaint and well kept.

Only downfall with this stay would be parking out front, but he gave us a heads up about a wedding and we had plenty places to park out back. Great house!

Great Experience

Davenport has evolved over the years and now has so many cool bars and restaurants. The house has plenty of space to sleep, hang out and relax. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our hosts were excellent communicators and available, if needed. We would definitely stay again.

Sisters' Gathering
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy sisters and I visited the Quad-cities area in mid-June 2024. Our stay at the Renwick Mansion’s guest house was the perfect choice for us.
The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated! It had everything we needed to enjoy a sisters' gathering.
The house had rooms for intimate conversations and each of us was able to enjoy a bedroom of our own. (We're from a large family and growing up, we always had to share bedrooms.)
The location was perfect for getting around the area. Our host, Dane, was fabulous in accommodating our requests. Having access to off-street parking was definitely worth the short walk.
Thank you, Dane for an enjoyable stay, and we hope to see you again!
