Mostly disappointing.

No cups in the room.
No espn on television. “Contract expired.”
Property under repairs, remodeling. No mention of that when I booked reservation. Some “amenities not available.

Hotel is undergoing renovation. New lighting in hallways and rooms is just awful! In room coffee maker did not work.
Room was clean and comfortable. But hallways a bit of a construction zone.

Roadtrip overnight stop
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is undergoing renovations. Our room had been renovated and was nice. Some of the hallways/elevator/lobby area are still a work in progress.
My biggest issue was that the hotel is not located where it shows on the hotels.com map. On the map, it looks like it conveniently located right off of the interstate at an area that has a lot of restaurants/shopping, but it’s actually a different exit and in a more industrial area. Maps on my phone took me to the right location with no problem, it just wasn’t what I was expecting based on the map on hotels.com.
