Secluded Custom Built Log Cabin! Private w firepit

Enjoy this authentic log cabin tucked into the woods for seclusion. There is a wonderful front porch to look out over the mostly level to gently sloped 10+/- acres. Inside, this custom-built 10′" log home is an open great room with cathedral ceiling, a bedroom on the main level with an open loft bedroom above.

This cabin now has high speed wifi!

This is a custom Built Log home which is very secluded! Sit back and enjoy the wilderness!




The beautiful kitchen and bathroom are charming and constructed handsomely. The woodstove keeps the cabin cozy. The downstairs bedroom has a full size bed and the upstairs has a queen size bed.





The property is on a private road with fishing and hunting opportunities nearby and is just under 3 hours from the GWB. We are centrally located between several ski slopes, including Hunter Mountain, Ski Windham, Plattekill and Bellayre mountains for the winter season.





Or take in an Oneonta Tigers game during the summer, or swim and play at the local village pool / play ground. We’re just 20 minutes from the Soccer Hall of Fame in Oneonta, and 30-40 minutes from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.





Or if you want to just take in the country landscape there are an abundant number of nearby trails for hiking, running, cross-country skiing & snowmobiling.





Plenty of convenient access to state land for all your hunting & fishing needs. Nearby college’s include Suny Delhi, Suny Oneonta, Suny Cobleskill, and Hartwick College.

It is advised to have all wheel drive in the Catskills during the winter months as they do get snow throughout winter.

The entire log home and 10 acres are available for your use!

My wife an i came to stay for a couple days to rest an renergize an rekindle. The cabin was amazing beautiful an had everything you would ever need. Manager was great an very informative. New mattresses please
It was great, secluded, peaceful, spotless and perfectly appointed but the mattresses on both beds were terrible. The loft bed was so uncomfortable our backs hurt and the main bed was so noisy everytime our friends moved in bed. Replace those mattresses and we will come back! Plz let us know if you do! Peaceful forest sanctuary!
A tranquil cabin located just off a main road in a small town. The people in town are friendly, genuine and there is an abundance of small stores and restaurants in the area. The cabin itself was clean, very cozy, surrounded by the peacefulness of nature. Cool crisp mountain air accompanied by the songs of birds is the perfect, relaxing escape we needed. Being pet friendly is a huge plus. Our over-sized chihuahua Bella enjoyed every bit of the stay.

Romantic getaway
I rented this beautiful cabin for an intimate escape with my boyfriend. It was just what we needed for a quiet secluded weekend away from everything in the city. The cabin was just perfect for us. The snowy grounds was a beautiful sight. The cabin was very warm and clean. We enjoyed the day at hunter mountain for some snow tubing. The owner was very responsive and helpful (especially when I Iost the cabin key while at hunter mountain ). I would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving retreat
This was my second visit to the Cabin! It was quiet, cozy but close enough to access items we needed to make out Thanksgiving retreat perfect. People in town were very friendly and willing to help. AllTrails listed short walks that were perfect to get out to enjoy nature. The outdoor fire pit was perfect for evening entertainment instead of resorting to the TV.

Perfect Little Getaway!
Stayed at the Secluded Cabin for a long weekend and had the BEST experience! We enjoyed our morning coffees on the front porch, taking in the beautiful fall foliage. The crisp weather allowed us to use both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces which was such a lovely way to spend the weekend! We will definitely be staying again!

Wooded retreat.
The cabin was everything that my wife wanted to celebrate her 40th birthday. A nice cozy wooded cabin free of the hussle and bussle. Close enough to town for anything essential. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet get away. The cabin was very clean, and had all the creature comforts you could need.

Perfect little getaway
My kids and I wanted to turn off from the world for a little reset. This property is so sweet and cozy and Incredibly well maintained. Beautiful Cabin Hidden away in the Forest
My wife and 2 young boys loved this Cabin. Lazy afternoons on the hammock, smores over the fire pit, and cozy evenings in the Cabin itself. Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a week away from the city. Beautiful surrounding area as well and easy access to neighboring towns, hikes and trails. Everyone very sad to leave.
