For the safety and preservation of our historic cottage, we kindly ask that guests refrain from using the fireplace. Due to the delicate nature of the home's architecture, the fireplace is decorative only and not suitable for use. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us protect this special part of our property.

-Setting off fireworks is illegal even though you can buy them in the area. You will be fined.
-$50 guest insurance included in the final price. It is both guest and host insurance and is not optional.

-You are allowed to fish in the pond- "catch and release".
-We only allow parking for 6 cars in the property.
-Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.
-We have a strict no-pet policy. Please note that if a pet is brought to the property, a fee of $500 per night will be charged.
-Please avoid parking on the grass. Guests are welcome to park their vehicles on the driveway.
-Please be aware that during a burn ban, no open flames are permitted, including propane fire pits and tables. We appreciate your help in keeping the community safe by following this restriction.
