Loved the house
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe pool was super large, the house was bigger when you enter from what the pictures show. We had issues checking in they wouldn't let my sisters vehicle in until the booking agent put their vehicle on the reservation so that was annoying. It took a while but the house manager answered right away and was great. They checked in multiple times to make sure she was finally able to get in.
Pool is large. We didn't use the community center it's really small. The playground was super small too. Beautiful house, upstairs gets super hot but will definitely go back

Please note that all guests on this community are politely requested in advance to provide the full names of all drivers so that the rental agent can ensure that they are properly registered on the community gate in order to allow access. The security on the gate is very strict hence why we ask in advance for these details to help guests get through the gate in a timely and efficient manner

Due to traffic we found it a bit too far out from the parks but the upside was it was a very quiet and peaceful location. Also not near the main restaurants so much more driving around than expected. A bit dated and some things e.g cooker knobs loose and sliding door very stiff and not very secure. Property manager (Tony) very helpful when a leak started. Easy to get hold of and really helpful. All in all though a pleasant stay.

I can only assume you must have been travelling at peak times as this property is located just 17 minutes from Disney and still well within the desired 20 min driving radius. The area has been updated recently in fact so as to include more locally based bars and restaurants which is great news for guests. We did note some new carpet stains in the bedroom after your stay which the homeowner now will have to have replaced. It appears to be that a bleach based product has been used to clean up a spillage? The property management will take care of this ready for the next guests.

Overall pleasant experience
Publié le 2 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayCheck in process was quick and simple. House was very nicely cleaned and kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. Minor issues were communicated with us promptly, however we complained a few times that the ice maker was not working. Someone came out twice to fix it and it was never fixed properly, so that was a disappointment given the listing does say that an ice maker is included. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would return again in the future.

It was unfortunate that you had left the freezer door open and so this is why it was thought not to be working. We are pleased to hear that the property manager returned that today to ensure that all was ok and confirmed that the ice maker was working. Thank you for flagging such issue with us during your stay so we could deal with it whilst you were in property

Beautiful Getaway
Publié le 28 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was in a very nice gated community. Close to the clubhouse with a beautiful backyard view. The house was clean with a great layout. Big living area with kitchen. First floor main bedroom with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths upstairs and an additional living space. Our grandchildren visited and loved the pool and the game room in the garage. Property manager was very communicative.
We enjoyed our visit so much we have already booked for next year!

Beautiful Clean and Spacious Home.

Very easy to communicate with and took care of all our needs. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Such a nice temperature and so relaxing. The house was clean and well maintained. Great game room with pool table. We would recommend this house for a relaxing and comfortable stay. 5 Stars for sure!!
