SWIMMING POOL AND SPA
Outside you will find the screened oversized deck with pool which is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine after a long day in the parks, or to simply catch up with some magazines or your favourite book. You can also dine al fresco while enjoying the lovely views without any rear neighbours, and even sample the peace and quiet under the stars.Your oversized 15 x 30 heated pool with spa overlooks a natural conservation area with lake, providing privacy, it is the perfect place to cool down, or wind down in the spa, after a long day in the sun. The pool deck has a safety fence. The 8ft lanai that runs the width of the house with table and seating for 16 people. This provides a delightful shaded eating area for those times when you want to enjoy the view outside without the sun beating down on you.
LIVING AREAS
You’ll find plenty of room to relax with 2 luxurious livings rooms on the ground floor, one at the front of the house and the other in the family room with the magnificent atrium. The front living area seats 6 adults comfortably with a sofa, love seat and armchair offering the ideal space for relaxing in the luxury of the surroundings or a place to escape to have a quiet moment for yourself. The large informal family room overlooking the pool boasts a magnificent atrium and luxurious leather sofas and armchair , which again, comfortably seats 6 adults and is open plan to the kitchen and breakfast nook. This is the ideal space to watch the large 55" Smart TV.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREAS
The well equipped, high quality, modern kitchen contains everything you will need for your stay from a stove, microwave, dishes, silverware and glassware. There is an informal breakfast table in the nook with views of the pool that seats 6 for a quick lunch/ breakfast or there is the more formal dining area with stylish dining table that seats 8.

A Washer and Dryer are provided for you to use.
BEDROOMS
The well-appointed luxury bedrooms offer both comfort, style and space, enabling you to enjoy a tranquil haven to retreat to after a long enjoyable day in the sun. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV and consist of: 2 Master Bedrooms with Luxurious King Beds (1 downstairs, the other upstairs) now with ceiling fans and 2 Queen Bedrooms with Luxurious Queen beds also now with ceiling fans, all master and queen rooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is a twin room with a cool contemporary feel to it. The 6th bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps 3 with double on the bottom bunk and single on the top, this room is ideal for children with a Minion theme, these rooms share a minion themed family bathroom.
Room 1 – King master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. Baby Crib available at no extra cost.
Room 2 – King bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom.
Room 3 – Queen bedroom with a private bathroom
Room 4 – Queen bedroom with a private bathroom
Room 5 - Two twin beds with shared family bathroom
Room 6 - Bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top, sleeps 3 with shared family bathroom.
LOFT SPACE
At the top of the stairs there is a loft area with seating for 2, a wall mounted TV and an XBOX ONE S games console.
GARAGE
The garage has been converted to a games room and has an arcade gaming cabinet, Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Tennis, Table Soccer, Table and 2 bar stools, we have also added a two seater sofa and single chair for more comfort.
Our property manager is local (5 Minutes drive away) and on hand for any information or emergencies

Central Florida's renowned coastal region is only a short drive from WaterSong Resort! Within an hour you can be sunbathing at the Sunshine States Fabulous Atlantic Coast and within only 40 miles you can enjoy the amazing waters of the Gulf Coast.

For any golfers in your party the nearby courses at Reunion, Providence and Champions Gate are all literally minutes away, giving Watersong the benefit of a tranquil resort style setting with easy access to everything Orlando has to offer. The clubhouse at Providence Golf Club boasts an expansive pro shop housing the latest state-of-the-art equipment and apparel, restaurant with delicious food and full-service bar, available outdoor dining on the patio that overlooks the beautiful course, and a complete practice facility with driving range and putting green.
In addition to the traditional American style bar and grill restaurants located nearby such as Chilli's at Champions Gate and the excellent Manny's Chop House on Highway 27; fine dining options are also available at Zen and Trevi's at the Omni Resort or Eleven and Forte at nearby Reunion.
