Pleasant, but could be a lot nicer with a few small but key improvements.

Size wise the house was a little tight for the whole crew. Beds are squeezed into the two lower bedrooms and there’s no separate space for kids to hang out (which we knew) . Clearly has some new elements in the kitchen but missing a handful of kitchen items you’d expec and is otherwise updated from whnm it was built

Great house for group

But that was fine, we stayed at a cabin called the “dancing bears” and loved it! It was perfect for us. The check out rules weren’t easy to find, so I hung a sheet of them on the fridge. But I really can’t complain, we had a great stay. It’s in the Canann Valley area & it’s a beautiful home! Hot tub was nice and usable as well & very clean!

An amazing area

Not ready for prime time
Publié le 3 oct. 2018 sur HomeAwayThis rental was not ready to be rented and property manager wasn't prepared to manage.
The first incident was a complete mishandling of the Wi-Fi code. After two days of trying, I figured it out on my own.
The second set of surprises related to the lights. It seemed half of them didn't work, including in some very dark bathrooms.
The third challenge was the driveway, which in addition to a very steep incline had potholes and gullies. I told the property manager that the driveway was not usable and she said she would pass it along. After getting a flat tire and having the sensors to my car damaged, I was forced to park on the street.
Fourth, the review feature of this property didn't work the first time.
Net, net: MountainTop was as much as the problem here as the owner. Buyer beware.

Wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful experience
