Great for a peaceful getaway

It was a nice get away and he was able to relax and enjoy the quiet time while I was gone each day. The inside of the room was clean and had anything we needed. I would’ve liked to seen more cleanliness to the outside of the facilities in hallways and steps, it was a little concerning when we arrived, but thankfully the inside was clean! Everyone was great and easy to work with. We will definitely return if back in the area.

Perfect place to stay

Fire place worked and is very easy to use the provided log. room was clean and we had everything we needed. We ended up staying an extra day and the price was great! If I ever come back I might try one of the cabins.

Publié le 3 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was quiet and pretty clean. I was disappointed to find out the pool was not open when we arrived, it was one of the main reasons I booked this room. I couldn’t find the dvd player, and it rained pretty good during one day and I was hoping to use it that day. The toilets don’t flush very good so that was a constant worry also.

Perfect skiing retreat
Publié le 15 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis room was an incredible value and was spotless when we arrived. Cameron, the property owner was very responsive, and check in was very easy. The room has a great view of Timberline when it's lit up at night. It's only about 10 minutes from Davis and the slopes. The Jacuzzi was great after a day of skiing. Will definitely be staying here next time we're in Canaan Valley.
One warning though: make sure you have AWD/4WD if you're going up during significant snowfall, because the road down to the unit is pretty steep.
