Pour : simple et proche du centre ville du wifi qui fonctionne.
Contre : des différences importantes entre les chambres
implication forte des propriétaires, parfois un peu trop.

The staff was very nice and helpful. So easy to get to from the train station. Clean and well appointed. We hope to be able to stay at Lyme Bay again. Felt like home.

Warm and welcoming greeting

The rooms are light fresh and clean but most importantly we’re ready for us when we checked in. The location of the property is perfect as it is close to the beach. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it to set us up for the day. We will definitely recommend staying there to friends and family

We are in a great location to explore Dawlish and South Devon and some rooms do have a sea-view or partial sea-view. As you may know, we have an award from Visit England for our breakfasts.
