When we were at the check-in, the staff didn't tell me that there were extra charges for 4 people in the room, because when I was booking this room it showed that could sleep for 4 in the room. after we finished check-in, the front desk staff saw as 4 people walk in, and ask for extra $21 because we have 4 people with one room. I have experience choosing Daysinn, never happened like that told after we had 4 people walk into the hotel. Such a bad experience this time after a long drive to Dawson creek, I will never choose Dayinn anymore.

We're so sorry upon checking with your reservation, it was reserve for 2 adults and in that reason we have to charge you for the two extra persons (10 per extra adult+ tax) as our policy. Please be advised that when making reservation we highly recommend that you input the right number of adults that will be staying in one room to avoid extra charges. In addition, please know that each additional person requires more resources, such as bedding, towel and toiletries and also additional guest count for our complimentary breakfast in which we kindly hope you understand the reason for the fee.Again, we apologize for the inconvenience during your stay and hope to see you during your next visit.

We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns. We're so sorry for politely reminding you about our policy that bringing and smoking cannabis within the hotel premises is strictly prohibited, for the reason that it has come to our notice that a strong cannabis smell was emanating from your room. We're saddened to know that you we're still unhappy although we have waived the 300 fee for this violation despite that you have signed our registration form upon check in as a consent to this policy.In addition, to prevent this from future occurrence we politely reminded you not to smoke and bring cannabis inside the hotel premises for future stay.We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; we hope you will come and stay with us again the next time you’re in Dawson Creek.
