Publié le 15 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis cottage ticked all the boxes for us -comfortable, well-furnished, and cute as a button. The bedroom has good bedside lamps for reading and we slept well. The kitchen and living space are well designed and attractively styled. The air-con cools the house nicely, and the fireplace looks very inviting for the winter months. But lovely as the interior is, our favourite spot was the front porch with its sunny aspect and restful view of trees. Hard to say who liked it more - us or our kelpie. Location-wise, the house is in a quiet area. The lake is within walking distance and from there, the main street shops are not too far away. We had a very restful break here and would love to return.

Secluded but still close to town. Safe for our Bullmastiff. Good walking/hiking tracks on doorstep. Quiet. Relaxing.

Daylesford stay
Publié le 31 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay at the cottage in Daylesford. It was a lovely quiet cottage with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The dogs loved exploring the backyard & it was only a short drive into town for supplies.

Clean, comfortable, cosy

Good location to town and surrounding nature reserves.
We really liked our stay.
One small thing was the shower position over the bath meant the bathroom floor got very wet when using the shower.
