The bathroom toilet was too close to the wall.

Ms. Ann in the front, the owners and the cleaning staff were all super nice, accommodating and very helpful. There was plenty of boat parking and places to plug them in. Everyone who worked there was kind.

I emailed early in the morning the day of reservation advising my arrival time and I would have my little dog with me. I was hoping for a ground level room but ended up in 201. The carpet had stains and I forgot my conditioner and there wasn't toiletries. ( I didn't notice until I was getting in the shower).I also forgot my phone charger and the ones in the room didn't work. And a lamp didn't work. The hair dryer was a nice amenity and the fridge worked well though. This visit doesn't deter my future visits as the staff is always great.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was very kind to us while we stayed for the week. The inside pool was beautiful. Being able to look out and see the mountains all around you was amazing. Chattanooga was only a 45min drive from the hotel. We were able to enjoy the city and come back to relax in the peace and quiet of the hotel. Will definitely stay again here.
