Homeless person in lobby and staff was not around.

We apologize that your stay with us was not a better one. It is a rate occurrence that a homeless person comes into our hotel and we do apologize that you had to experience that during your stay. Because we are a small hotel the front desk staff has several duties they take care of throughout the day and during each shift. Those duties include keeping the front desk area clean, helping with laundry and cleaning the public restrooms. A front desk staff member is just a short call away by using our courtesy phone to alert them that you are needing assistance.We hope that you will stay with us again and give us a chance to make your time with us more enjoyable.

Dayton surprise
Publié le 18 mai 2024 sur HotelsWonderful, helpful staff and very nice rooms and accommodations. The only not so good thing was the noisy 4 wheelers barreling through town several times during the night. But the bed was so comfy I went back to sleep right away. We will stay here again!

The staff absolutely went above and beyond. We were well taken care of, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and we will absolutely stay here again. 10/10
