The pool and spa area are clean well, but the refrigerator has a lot of dusk. The spa water is warm, but it is not able to turn on.

Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that the pool and spa were clean during your stay. We apologize that your refrigerator was dusty and we will work to ensure this does not happen again. We further apologize that the hot tub temperature was not at an acceptable temperature. After a long day a nice, hot soak is a big relief but if it's not working properly, that is a big problem. We do have a dial on the wall that is used to turn on the spa. If the dial was not a working, a quick call to the front desk, from the phone in the pool room and we would have come right away to fix that for you. We hope that you will come stay with us again and give us a change to exceed your expectations.

One Night in Dayton

We didn't plan to stay in Dayton, we were on our way home from Riggins, ID but it was hot, and we were hungry and thirsty. It was a great decision to sit still and the Best Western was clean, quiet, convenient and cool. The pool area was abandoned and spotless. We loved this place, perfect stay to cap off a week's worth of touring on the big bike.

Great stay
Posted Jul. 17, 2024 on HotelsOur stay was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The pool was nice, and the staff was so helpful and freindly. We can't wait to go back.
