Good location

Check-In was fast. The hotel is in good condition and comfortable. The room are spacious. A lot of restaurants around the hotel.

I think this hotel is a very nice value for the price you pay. Very clean and a nice room. Breakfast was great and the staff exceptional. Hot tub got hot my first night but not the second night (this may be due to the flood to come). On my second night after I left the pool area and went back to my room at 10:30 p.m. some guy barricaded himself in his room on the 3rd floor and proceeded to flood the whole hotel. We had to evacuate. Fire dept shut the hotel down and turned off power to it. The hotel called me this morning to say they were going to refund my money for last night. I just made the 3 hour drive home after the flood, I was leaving in the morning anyway. I felt really sorry for the owner and staff very nice people and a guest did this to their hotel. The owner was outside checking on the guest and saying he would make everything right with them. I was impressed that he was looking out for the guest when his hotel was just severely damaged through no fault of his own. I would say after the repairs are done and it reopens I would stay here again, they really treat their guest good.

The service and the property is good. Just that some maniac in the building decided to flood the entire place. We were forced to evacuate at 10:30pm. With 2 young sleepy kids was so inconveniencing. Am so thankful to Go

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was great. The coffee pop in the room had what looked like sawdust of fungus in where you add the water. Good thing I saw it. I showed a picture of it to the front desk. She said was that they would change it for a new machine tomorrow. I said that I was leaving in the morning. I guess at least the next guest will have coffee without whatever in it.

Cold Hot Tub

This location I chose specially because it had a hot tub. The hot tub was working with the jets on however the water was cold... it was not hot or warm at all. The staff said they were waiting for a part to fix the hot tub. This kind of information should be passed on to the consumer before booking a stay when something on the property is not working as it described in the hotel information.

The side door didn't work with the room key people were leaving the door open with a rock in it
