This is a great hotel! The staff was great, the breakfast was amazing - eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. The beds were firm, but not too bad. The property is a little older, but it was clean. I would stay here again!

Country Inn & Suites

The elevator smells terrible and the carpet desperately needs replaced. The headboard has a faux leather-like material and had three large chunks missing from it. The toilet was loose and rocked. The shower handle was loose and didn’t maintain the heat setting.
On one of the nights of our stay we came back late (3:00 am from the visiting family at the hospital) and there were people hanging out in the parking lot. A woman who appeared to be drunk/high was sitting in the driver’s seat of a car and a man was standing outside the car. She started yelling at us several times as we walked from our car to the hotel. We told the front desk clerk and he went out immediately to check it out.
The hotel is in a convenient location but is getting rundown. I’m not usually critical in my reviews, but I think this hotel needs some maintenance/updating. I think the rating was a little off at 8.6 Excellent.

I would not stay here again. The electrical outlets between the beds did not work. The room was filthy. Carpets dirty. Lamp shade stained. Walls dirty and stained. There was a constant noise in the bathroom that sounded as if some large machine was running. It ran all night long. The hallway smelled like weed. The elevator smelled strongly of chlorine.

The property needs a refresh. It is older and smells in the room we stayed in by the refrigerator. It actually smells like cat per. The elevator squeals when the door opens/shuts and bounces as it goes. It was scary to use.

Meh. Fine for what it was.

Everything else was fine.

The staff were kind and helpful but the hotel was old and dated.
