Very clean and comfortable beds. Easy access and parking. Only complaint is the poor breakfast. I would be happy to stay there again.

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy our free breakfast which typically consists of some type of eggs, biscuits, sausage and/or sausage gravy, bread for toasting, muffins, bagels, cereal, oats, yogurt, make-your-own waffles with butter, syrup, and whipped cream, fruit, juices, coffee, and tea. We appreciate your constructive feedback and will use it in our quest for continual improvement. Great place for the price. Very clean and good beds. The poor breakfast is my only complaint. I would be happy to stay there again.

Undergoing renovation.1 room suites.Disappointed.

This motel is undergoing remodeling!! No one said anything when we booked. The water was shut off in the whole hotel from 10 am - 4 pm with only a note placed downstairs by the desk, and since we were there for 3 days there was no way to know and we couldn't shower after the pool before we left for the day, or flush the toilets. The fridge didn't have a freezer in one of our rooms. The bathroom doors wouldn't shut and latch in either of our rooms. The sauna had a sign on it that said employees only. Our suites we paid extra for were only 1 room, not two rooms suites, so when we put the kids to bed that was it for the rest of us. The floors in the hallway and all common areas except entrance and food area were dirty. Most employees did not speak English well. They rushed breakfast.

We sincerely appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear you did not have the great experience with us that we strive for all of our guests to have. The water was only off one of the days you were here, and not for six hours but only a few hours on an emergency basis when we had a leak. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We do not advertise having a sauna and have not for years. Our front desk staff member mentioned that someone in your group reported difficulty in latching your bathroom doors, but that they declined having someone come to your room to check on it for you. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience. Our free breakfast is open for guests for 3 ½ hours every day so I am unsure if you possibly arrived at closing time or why you felt rushed. We hope you were able to enjoy your newly renovated room. We will review your comments with our staff and use your feedback to fine-tune our operations in the hope that upon your next visit we can exceed your expectations. All the best to you and yours!

Hotel was recently renovated and it looks great. Located close to expressway and stores. Staff was very nice and attentive to our needs.

The only call out that I have is loud noise of other running up and down the hallways late into the night... the yelling and laughing. Maybe include signs for a quit time passed time of 10pm? It just seemed like a party was going on every night. And the breakfast food was ok... the eggs were watery, the food was just a little flavorless..
