The front desk staff wete very nice and did their best to accommodate me to find a room without gross stains on furniture; dirty stained linens, broken fixtures, water damaged ceilings, and disgustingly filthy floors. Marriot leadership ought to be ashamed to have this hotel under their brand as they have clearly neglected the maintenance and upkeep of it. for 200/night, it was not worth it at all! 0 stars to Marriott and 5 stars to the poor front desk staff.

Didn't have a microwave. Sink was not in the same room as the toilet. Otherwise, great.

Just a Bad Hotel Experience Overall
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe front desk staff was very unprofessional at check-in by carrying on with side conversations and ignoring the customer. The remote control did not work for the TV in my room, and when I was given another remote, it still did not work for my TV; so I spent a night without being able to watch TV (and no I was not refunded any of my money). The business center printer was also non-working. The room had no microwave; the hair dryer handle was sticky. The thermostat would not cool my room past 72. It was definitely not worth the money I spent; maybe it should be priced at around $65 opposed to $265. This was just a bad experience overall. I will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

When I arrived there was a very loud, obnoxious person in the lobby. I assumed it someone who hadtoo much to drink. It ended up being the manager, or so she i dicated. She told me that the only pet area was the patio/lounge. The morning staff were great. I wouldn't go back.

The fire alarm went off at 2AM and we all evacuated but we were never told what was going on as we waited outside or even after we were given an all clear. There was no fire. No gas. And no smoke.
The room was comfortable but had a stale smell and the shower was only HOT. There was no cold water regardless of where we turned the nozzle.
