Not good for the price
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HotelsBathroom kind of nasty. Peeling paint, mold, water stains. Carpets dirty and somehow bubbled up as you walked over it.

Pretty good experience overall. Friendly staff and good service. Buildings are a little worn but function fine. Make sure to read check-in instructions before leaving home because you likely won’t have cell service here. Internet works well once you’ve checked in.

Double check twice!
Publié le 9 sept. 2023 sur HotelsI reserved this room..,and then drove from s as Alabama and showed up on my reserved day and the place was closed…, had to stay somewhere else and the worst part is… they charged me for the room!!!! Not again

Mr. Green,We are so sorry to hear you missed the sign that was clearly posted on our front door explaining where to find your key for check-in. Fortunately all our remaining check-ins for that day saw the sign and enjoyed their stay here with us.Our staff all work extremely hard here and we took them out that day for a ride to show them our appreciation for all they do. We were back before the 3pm check-in time and again are sorry that you missed the clearly posted sign on the front door with instructions for check-in. Your room was ready and waiting especially for you that you no-showed for.If you happen to be in this area again, we’d love to have another opportunity to show you why so many guests tell us that Elk View Inn is a GREAT place to stay!
