During my entire stay, the hot tub was broken. I asked twice daily, different front desk staff, when it might be fixed and was told they'd find out and let me know. Well, nobody ever knew when it would be fixed despite asking repeatedly. Having a hot tub was a primary criteria for choosing this hotel. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. Regardless, Nina (the one and only kitchen staff) was extremely courteous, helpful, kind to all, and would be the only reason I would consider returning to this location, since there are so many options. A working hot tub might seem like not a big deal to management (apparently), but to guests needing the therapeutic benefits, having it means a lot.

Nice stay
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast lady Mrs Z? She was super friendly as well. Kept the breakfast area full with all the people. Hotel was clean. Kids enjoyed the pool.
