Nice Property in good location
Publié le 10 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe rented the house for Parents Weekend at UD. The house was as advertised and comfortable. We were able to walk from the college downtown area to the house fairly easily and it was close to the dorms as well. The communication with the Property Manager was great and check-in was easy. The only caveat I would say is if you are they with friend families, the bathroom situation could be a little challenging. If all one family, I wouldn't see it as challenging/awkward.

Great Stay at a Good Price
Publié le 10 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayI stayed here with my wife, 6 kids, and my brother-in-law while visiting Cedarville University for my 10 year reunion and it was great! The house was clean and spacious, I was very happy with the price for all the room and amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and historic with all the houses from the 1800s, very pretty. I would recommend this for anyone staying in the area, great price for a great stay!

Spacious Two Story Home

It was in a kind-of crowded neighborhood, but we took a walk around the block to see the historic homes and felt perfectly safe. I’d happily stay here again!

Outstanding stay!
Publié le 19 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayWe truly enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was available. The home is clean, the beds are comfortable, plenty of space for all five of us! The patio with the grills and heaters was excellent.
All the amenities are in fantastic condition.
We will definitely look to book this space for our trip back next year!

Publié le 19 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe outside of the house is beat up a little but the inside is very nice. Back deck was great with 2 grills, lots of room to sleep, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.
