Exactly as expected
Publié le 23 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a nice little house to stay in for a night instead of getting a hotel room. Less expensive and more space! It’s a very quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. Just being picky but the fan in the one bedroom moves a lot and was quite noisy but it was fine. Would stay here again!

There was leftover food from previous renters and disorganized/musty cabinets and closets. Very little kitchen equipment (pans, bowls, etc.) and only four bath towels in the house - no hand towels, no washcloths. I emailed the owner about this but did not get a response. The house was in a convenient location to UD and the neighborhood didn't feel unsafe. It served its purpose but we would probably not stay here again.

Nice location for visit to Dayton

Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe; generally good central location for visiting different sites around Dayton. There are some small maintenance tasks that would make the place more pleasant for the guests, such as fixing the overhead light in the single bedroom and

Nice but a little Sketch

Publié le 11 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was fine. The only concerns or problems we have was the fact there weren’t enough towels for a two day stay. I don’t know if that is typical to only have a day’s worth of towels. Then Saturday afternoon the furnace quit and the host didn’t respond to my message. I had to call her. We just decided to drive home. So, we made the 4.5 hour trip back home at 7:30 PM. I sincerely home we are refunded our second night like the host she would do.

Publié le 8 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis house was so cute and perfect for our weekend visiting UD. Super clean! A little hard to find in the dark as the house numbers are not easy to see (located on the house). but it's next door to the palm tree garden house! Definitely would stay again!
