DBR True Oceanfront 3'rd Floor King Suite, private balcony, spectacular views!

Update on Resort Amenities as of 1/21/2025: outdoor pools, indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna and gym are closed. Beach access is still available via the public access area adjacent to the resort (see photos of the beach access facility). The parking garage is also currently closed for maintenance, but limited parking is available in front of the building, in the parking lot located adjacent to the resort and across the street in specified areas around the Bellair Plazas. See photos for more details. Parking is 1’st come 1’st served. We cannot guarantee a parking spot. We apologize for the inconveniences presented by the unavailability of the amenities mentioned above and have reduced our nightly rates to reflect these temporary issues.

“A Room With a View”. This 3'rd floor oceanfront suite is located at the Daytona Beach Resort. The private balcony offers gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee along with the beautiful sunrise. The Condo features a King bed, sleeper sofa, power recliner, and 50” smart HDTV. A full-sized dresser and two nightstands offer plenty of storage space for your belongings. Three elevators, guest coin-operated laundry and ice machine are also only a few steps from your door.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, solid surface stove top, coffee maker (traditional 12 cup pot/single serve K-Cup combination) a toaster, and a large sink. We supply a variety of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, silverware, etc. for your cooking and dining needs.

The bathroom features a spacious countertop, large mirror and a tub/shower combination. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for all guests.

Several restaurants and shopping are within walking distance of the resort.

Great
We really had a great time in that beatiful condo. It was really clean and the bed was very comfortable. Greg and Angie are really great hosts. I forgot to pay the second payment and when I tried I was not able to proceed on vrbo website. I sent messages to Greg and he responded quickly and even sent me a manual payment that fixed the problem. It was my first experience with vrbo and with hosts like them I surely use it again.

Escape from the cold.
Room was clean and very nice. The bed, pillows and towels were very comfortable. The oceanfront room had an excellent view of the ocean and the location had everything you needed within walking distance. I really appreciated the communication we had with the owner. They made the whole process very easy. It was a great getaway for my wife and I.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this 3rd floor condo. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking apparatus and utensils, even a crock-pot! Coffee maker is a k-cup/full carafe combo. King size bed slept very comfortably. Power recliner is a plus. Sofa table has a top that rises to serve as an table too. Large flat-screen TV has built-in Roku. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating!

The room was extremely clean and had all kitchen amenities I needed. The view from this oceanfront room is amazing, and it’s located pretty centrally to any kind of shopping or dining you may desire. The owner was very forthcoming about the issues with the pool and parking, but I was there for the ocean and didn’t mind that the pool wasn’t available at the time. It was quiet at night, and I’d definitely stay again

Comfortable and Convenient Condo
At the time of our stay, this property’s amenities (pool, hot tub, gym) were closed for remodel, but we knew that before we arrived. The condo was roomy and perfect for our stay. It was conveniently located across the street from a Walgreens, Publix, liquor store, and souvenir shop. It was easy beach access, and the beach was not overly crowded. We would definitely choose to stay at this condo again.

Great location and host!
We were in Daytona for a track meet at Embry-Riddle and decided to stay at the beach. This location was great, and the unit was perfect for 2. The property itself is going through repairs, but we were well informed of this before staying. The same is true of many properties at Daytona Beach right now. Our host was very informative and friendly and we had a great stay. Really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would certainly think of booking again if we are in the area.
