This is, and I am not exaggerating, THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED! The rooms are dirty. The outlets are so worn out a phone charger won’t ever stay plugged in! The bathroom is terrible, the tub doesn’t drain, but the worst part was the heat. It was cold at nigh, in the 40’s and our heat was broken. When we told the front desk, they gave us two thin blankets!!! No offer to change rooms or you know, repair the issue!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! We left a day early and bought one was flights home at a great expense just to get out. There were some very shady kids outside our door talking on their phone all night, very loudly, cursing and yelling. We did not feel safe or comfortable. This place should be demolished and the owner should be ashamed at what they charge for a night. The pictures online are VERY deceiving. I know it was the weekend of the Rolex 24, and this place is close to the track, but $250 a night for a dump?!?! Disgusting.

Over Priced Due to Event

This is a $70 a night room not almost $300 a night but it was during the Rolex 24 race. The building is very dilapidated inside and out. The room had stained curtains and walls with a small tv and no cable only digital air channels. On the upside the bed was comfortable.

Poor accommodations. Needs to be refurbished.

The room was unacceptable. There was a chemical smell of Chlorine Bleach in the room to the extent that it burned our eyes. Fixtures, floor and furniture were worn and corroded. Molding coming off the wall. The door on the TV Hutch would constantly swing open and not stay closed. Insufficient lighting. The surrounding building area was also old and worn and unsightly. The pictures of this hotel, on the Website do not portray what is really there. We decided not to stay and left. T.

The property had a lot of party all night and 6am work start with cars that all need exhaust work and people need to know how to turn off their car alarms as there was 2 incidents this AM and one went on for over a minute. People clapped when they finally figured out how to mute.

There was little to no customer service from the staff. When asking questions regarding the room, the responses felt as if he was being bothered. Not to mention, the property itself seemed more like apartments. There were people outside of their rooms grilling, kids were outside playing and running up and down the hallways. Let’s just say, I’d pay a little more for quality.
