Entire property was torn apart under construction and roof was being torn off for replacement. Constant banging and pounding sounds so loud I could not hear the tv. Almost no available parking spaces due to them being blocked off for roof removal.

Found other occupant's hair in the shower. Was upset that the hotel had alot of dust from remodeling, which was not listed to help make a determination. Also, we were informed that Hilton no longer owned the hotel. It was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel due to the remodeling.

The hotel was under construction. I was not notified of this and the price did not reflect this. There was debris everywhere the hall was blocked the elevator unavailable because of the construction. The fitness center was also unavailable.

Everything was good except for one ac unit didn't work, elevator wasn't working at all times and the power to the hotel went off on last day and had to carry luggage down the stairway which was dark

Noisy but excellent service
Hotel under renovation. Our room was over the renovation area and it was very noisy and disturbing. Starting around 7:30-8 am and some nights ending at 10 pm. The elevator and ice machine were out of service near my room so had to walk ++++ for the other elevator. There was no water pressure in shower or sinks. Not enough towels , had to ask for everything. Also had to ask for housekeeping. Only empty garbage and change towels…didn’t do beds, wash toilets or sinks…but they were very of service when I asked them! All the girls were super nice! A big shot out to Cynthia and Shannon in the kitchen…AMAZING SERVICE! Super nice to talk to and available to help in any way. The front desk offers also an AMAZING service! They are all very nice. So the employees and good service helped for the disappointed points. The pool was nice and warm. We all enjoyed. Love the amenities in this chaîne of hotel. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen with large fridge. Excellent for us, big family. Overall, the noise was disturbing but I guess it’s for a good reason…the hotel really needs a refresh. But once again, the staff is amazing! Had an overall good stay for 10 nights. Location is super, close to everything. 10 minutes to beach. We would not hesitate to return (after renovations).
