Nice easy stay
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat stay while checking my son into college. Cheap and convenient. Beware though that you might have loud neighbors like I did. Nothing my “sounds of rain” couldn’t drown out. The host was super fast with any questions too. Thank you and I’ll be back

Hidden gem
Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved this property!! The location of the sea dip resort is amazing, private beach access, nice outdoor pool and anything else you can think you’d need. No issue with the elevator which I saw was an issue in others stays. The resort sold ice which was so nice to be able to grab right before we walked the two second walk to the beach. The condo it’s self was perfect for the two of us, we don’t need anything huge since when we go on vacation we typically last spend our time enjoying the area and not sitting in the room. The hosts have really worked hard to maximize the space and provide everything you could need to enjoy your stay. 10/10 will be staying here again.

This place was pretty typical of a beach town with public beaches. Very close to the beach with a private entrance. Lovely beach. The room faces the main street so a lot of street noise. Worth the price, though. I did not want to pay local hotel prices and I felt safe, comfortable, and content.

Publié le 22 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is run down, elevator didnt work 80% of the time, being on the 4th fl was quit a trip up and down the stairs, heated pool was not heated. The room we rented was small, it was very tastefully decorated and had everything and more we could need. It is street side so no view. Balcony small so really could'nt sit out and enjoy the great outdoors by your room.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed
Publié le 9 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe didn’t have any hot water for six of the first seven days. Not able to shower for six days. Advertised as a beachside studio and it was not. Right on the main road through Daytona and super noisy and loud. Owner lied about having a plumber there and fixing the water issue.
