Spring Break 2024

Weekend Spring Break
Publié le 24 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThere was documentation about this should be a 5 star stay. This was far from it. The hotel itself was fine. Vacasa would not let us check in early even though the reception said it was ready. The bathtub in the master was missing drywall, 2 rooms were part of this reservation and did not have a working ice machine. Sliding glass door did not have a lock. There was no bathroom soap or washing products. We have stayed at this hotel using VRBO and this was the worst room.

If early check-in is available, guests will receive a notification from our team but in some cases, this is not an option. We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused your party. Additionally, we apologize for any concerns you encountered and shared your feedback with the local manager. They noted that there are ice trays in the home and ice machines on each floor but we regret any inconvenience. Additionally, they will ask the homeowner if they want to replace the existing locking mechanism on the sliding glass door. We appreciate your feedback and we hope to have the chance to better impress you on your next getaway.

Great property and ammenities
Publié le 15 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayPlease update your address and directions. There is no exit 261 off I95. There is no 350 N Atlantic. Took a couple hours just to find the condo. Once located it was an excellent stay and now that I actually know where it is located I will be back.

Awesome room
Publié le 21 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayI stayed here with my husband, 3 kids, my mom, my sister and her daughter. There was so much room that we all felt comfortable. Two bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens. Washer and dryer, plus they have beach stuff you can borrow. It had everything we needed!
