Hi Rick, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:- We sincerely apologize for the parking issue and the inconvenience it caused during your stay.- As this was our very first guest experience with this property, there was a huge miscommunication as to the parking permit being properly located in the unit.- This issue has been permanently resolved to ensure no future guests encounter the same problem.We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again under much better circumstances.
