Leave your troubles behind and relax in this beautifully outfitted beach front oasis. The moment you walk in the door you will experience the breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the panoramic views from both the living room and master bedroom.
Don't feel like sitting on the beach? Enjoy time on the balcony sipping drinks, and watching some of the magnificent wildlife: dolphins, pelicans, sandpipers and more. Early riser? Grab some coffee and experience the most amazing sunrises to start your day.

Inside you will experience a comfortable living space with picturesque views, a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms with smart TVs and all the comforts of home. This unit comfortably sleeps six with use of the queen sofa sleeper. A pac-n-play is provided as well.

In the evening enjoy the front balcony with a view of the inter-coastal waterway and magnificent sunsets. The front balcony is also where you will find other amenities to make your vacation easy and memorable: private laundry area, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys.

Outside you can choose between spending your time in the sand and surf or enjoying the pool (not heated). The building also has a small workout room and sauna for your enjoyment.

Around the area enjoy local shops and restaurants of this wonderful beach community filled with centuries of history with St. Augustine being only one hour north. Daytona Beach is five minutes to the south. Orlando, Disney and Universal is only 1.5 hours away as well.

We found this listing last minute while fleeing the gulf during Helene. Reba was very quick to communicate and so helpful! Condo was clean, decor and furniture were very nice, and the view was spectacular.

Stunning Condo!
This condo was everything we hoped for and more. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach and on the 11th floor. The views were breathtaking. Watching the sunrise over the ocean while having our morning coffee on the balcony was a wonderful start to each day. The condo itself was beautifully updated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach is just steps away, and the provided chairs and umbrellas made it easy to enjoy a relaxing day in the sun. My mom and I had an absolutely wonderful time. Wonderful location!!!...GREAT view!! ...AND ...loved the "little things" the owner left for us.. just in case you forgot something. Our full size quad cab F-150 was just a little too tall for the underground parking and the spot was "tight". However, there is plenty of uncovered parking in the main parking lot. .

The residents were nice, the private balcony, pool, and beach access gave us everything we needed to both have fun and relax during our stay. The host was highly communicative and service oriented. We had never been to Ormond Beach before and decided to give it a try. Let me start with the location. In our opinion it was as good as it gets. Grocery store and Dunkin less than a 2 minute drive away. Restaurants probably 5 minutes away. And the busier Daytona Beach was a 10-15 minute drive. The beach was never crowded which was very nice. Now for the condo. It was spectacular. When I say it was spotless I’m telling you it was spotless. It had so many things provided from kitchen accessories to towels to beach equipment that we didn’t have to worry about anything. I had a couple questions that were promptly answered. Check-in was a breeze, and check-out was the same. If you’re looking for a perfect condo then this is the place for you. 10/10

Perfect place for a weekend getaway
We were very pleased with the apartment and were coming in for my daughter's senior trip. Reba, the homeowner, had something in the fridge for us and a welcome card to help us celebrate, which was a very nice touch. The apartment and the building and the pool and the beach were all wonderful, and we would very happily stay here again, and likely will!

So many extra little things that Reba includes in your condo. Hand soap, beach towels, beach chairs. Reba also responds very quickly to any questions. The beds were comfy and we saw dolphins every day while sitting in our balcony. Thank you Reba!
