La porte patio ne fermait pas bien mais le reste était très bien

Hotel moyen et cher ...

Séjour moyen, hotel un peu vieillot, frais de resort de 22$ pr jour en supplément, parking 15$. Petit dej bof et cher (mais restau IHOP à proximité. Belle vue front de mer.

We have no hidden fees, even on third party sites all of our costs are outlined in the checkout process. We hope we are able to welcome you back in the future and we wish you the best ahead.

The hotel canceled on me before my trip and never reimbursed me. Sad to know they have hurricane damage but you can’t just take people’s money without providing a service. They sent me this message, “Hello Expedia Traveler, It is with sadness that we alert you the Plaza Resort and Spa has sustained significant damage from Hurricane Ian and Hurricane Nicole. We have been informed the Resort will not be open in time for your visit to Daytona Beach. Your reservation has been cancelled and you will be fully refunded within 5-7 business days. We thank you for your understanding during this very difficult time for our former staff and our regular guests. We hope to be open in a year and hope to have an opportunity to welcome you back. Thank you, Plaza Resort & Spa” but I didn’t get a reimbursement 4 weeks later. Don’t risk your money.

I’m sure this was a nice place. But the fact that THEY CANCELED a week before we were suppose to stay is extremely unprofessional. I absolutely understand that the hurricane damage was significant. I saw it. Definitely should have listened to the reviews. After being told I would be fully refunded, I’m now waiting for Expedia to get in touch with the hotel…. Who is not/will not get back to anyone. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unless you want the headache of having to screen shot all your conversations and emails to force them to give you your refund. Best of luck if you book here…

Terrible experience

Rooms and corridors were smelling of stale air and fungus . There were rooted carpets and furniture outside our room . Smell was so bad. I couldnot sleep . I had to check out in middle of night at 3am. It was so bad. It was bad recommendations by hotel.com. Seems I have been robbed with my money

This hotel had major damage from the recent hurricane. Our entire hallway was blocked with rolled up mildew carpet they were removing from rooms
