Construction Discount!
Our building will undergo its final phase of outside renovation over the next several months it will be completed May 30.
The final phase will be on the ocean side. Our balcony will be not be available until March 30th .However,construction noise will occur from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
After these several months, our building will be completely refurbished on the exterior. A new steel seawall, pool, patio and street side exterior have already been completed.

This perfectly appointed, light and bright two-bedroom/2-bath condo can accommodate six guests.

The master suite has a king bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and dressing area that can also function as a desk. Sliding full-glass doors from the master allow access to the balcony to enjoy panoramic ocean views. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a walk-in closet. The family room also features access to the balcony.

We loved the location. Everything was as said to be. The only draw back would be that the elevator was slow and one did not work while we were there. Not a real big deal since we were on the 3rd floor. Pool was nice and the ocean was just wonderful. Will definitely come back to this unit again. The unit was clean and well decorated.

Condo was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The only issue we noted was one chair on the balcony was broken, but we just didn't use that one as there were three others. Great week of vacation. One other caveat; if you drive a Suburban, the parking spot in the garage is difficult to get into, lol. We ended up using the outside parking for most of the trip when it was available.

We arrived on a Saturday. Sunday, my husband had bites but we weren’t sure what was causing it. By the time we got home on Saturday he and my daughter were completely covered in bites. We then took photos ready to inform the condo owners. However, when we contacted them, they were slow to answer and only gave a short ended response to our situation… We are still waiting for another response. Would NOT stay in this condo again!!!

We had a wonderful stay! As soon as you enter the condo you are looking directly at the Atlantic Ocean through floor to ceiling windows. The balcony furniture is perfect for viewing the spectacular ocean. The beach decor and wall art has been tastefully chosen. The huge bedroom has the same spectacular views as the living room. This condo has all you need in the kitchen plus more. The owner has provided starter supplies for the condo, which are the most of any VRBO we have ever stayed in. We are so appreciative of this since we flew here. Gary is a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with, during the booking process and during the stay. Ample beach chairs and beach items are available for your use. Don’t let the lack of a pool deter you when Daytona Beach is steps away.

Loved the property, loved the location. We just did like the check in and check out part. We can’t check in until 4:00 pm but the office is closed at 4:00 pm. Check out was the same, nobody there. The office personnel could have been more informative

It’s a perfect little spot
The storm did a lot of damage so there is no beach access from the building with the construction going on, that is the hurricane discount. You have to go to the neighbors and jump the fence that is chained shut or go to the public beach to get access. It is in a very good spot. Bring your own shampoo and soap.

Relaxing much needed time away!
My husband and I had to cancel a booked trip due to IAN and Nicole..so we were grateful for opportunity to rent this lovely condo..even with all the damages to seawalls, pools, condos, etc. along the beach while walking. The ocean view from the balcony of this condo was absolutely breathtaking! The king-size bed was phenomenal and so comfortable..we loved it..we had everything we needed to cook meals at the condo, relax, read, watch TV, and go out and find thrift stores for hidden treasures. It was totally awesome vacation for this older couple and we hope to stay at Gary's condo again if he will let us..lol! Becky Scott-Strachan

Had an amazing week staying at the condo. Views were amazing, especially the sunrises! Condo was perfect for what we needed. Only complaint was our friends said the beds in the guest room were extremely uncomfortable. Other then that, it was absolutely perfect. The area was nice and quiet, beaches weren’t packed and so many good restaurants in the area. Thank you for the wonderful week!

It was a great place for us to stay for the races. Everything was just like the description said, kitchen was well stocked, bath rooms, living room were great. We really enjoyed the balcony drinking coffee in the morning and watching the sun rise. We though about camping but we're glad we found this place.
