Our phone didn’t work and the sliding glass door kept coming off the track. But they’re fixing all the door as we speak.

We had to leave early due to a hurricane. They would not refund the 2 days we had to cut our trip short. The hotel room balcony door would not shut completely, so we had constantly had water coming in. The AC barely worked, and it leaked onto the floor. There was hardly any parking, by the way you have to pay for parking, and a majority of the time we had to park across the street, and barely any handicap parking. Probably the worst hotel experience i have had. Do not stay here.

For our 1-night stay, it was perfect. The breakfast was also good.

Check in went smooth then downhill from there.Entrance door to room very hard to open.Door handle very loose after swiping card several times to get in. Air gaps around 3 sides of door. door would not close by itself. Sliding door to balcony was a joke. Very hard to open and close. Ice machine on 2nd floor leaking water onto hallway floor.
