There was nothing unique I way overpaid I was supposed to have a double meaning two rooms suite and I am more then infuriated . I really do not know where to start.
the room was a dump it smelled like piss the minute I walked in. the carpet was stained. There was no smoke detector just lose wires hanging out the wall where one should have been. The bathroom was all damaged mirror was all distorted the kitchen was all damaged with appliances that barely worked, the Wi-Fi did not work. The furniture was something from a homeless shelter or good will. The chairs were unstable I could not sit on them. The view out my window was a garage dumpster there was nothing about this room to like. I did not stay there I moved to the Days Inn down the road.
I have requested my money back because it looked nothing like the pictures on your web site.
Expida should have never rented this dump to anybody.

Publié le 26 avr. 2023 sur Hotelsthey do not tell you prior to reserving that all pools are out of order and inside of building hallways elevators etc are all stripped as if they are renovating it. common areas extremely dirty. They also charged an additional cleaning fee $69 that was never stated anywhere when booking or after booking. When i contacted them they stated it is in the mandatory fee section of the reservation. I checked everywhere in my reservation and also went back into their hotel on hotels.com to check and there is nothing at all mentioning this additional charge.

This is the grossest property! Cigerette smoke, dirty and dangerous environment. They charged a 69$ hotel fee on top of room fee. Was not advertised as such. Dont book stay away

Room 244 is awful
Publié le 8 août 2022 sur HotelsThe hotel itself was great. I was given rm 244 and it was awful. Air didn’t cool room. Reserved 2double beds with ocean view. Got a single very hard bed with parking lot view which I have in a text from the owner that he doesn’t have city view rooms. Patio set was wood and looked like it would break if sat in and that’s if you could get the door open with the broken/loose handle. Texted owner about air and maintenance was supposed to come but never did. Owner then stopped responding to my texts.
