Great vacation!
Publié le 9 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was perfect for my family, we were 6 adults and 3 children. The neighbourhood is very quiet. There are a lot of things to do in the area. I strongly recommend this place.

The host provided anything we could possibly have needed and the views were amazing. Our family of 7 stayed for a month and it felt like home. Our host kept great communications thru two hurricans that posed serious during our stay and kept us safe and informed all the way. Even offered advice after we checked out and kept contact to ensure we had secure arrangments upon depature during hurricane mimton. Would definitely recommend and will retuen!! Thank you for hosting our family!

Publié le 25 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayYou wont find a better location to spend your time in Daytona. The house is great. Plenty for the kids around the home to Occupy them. The owners are great and respond quickly and promptly to your needs or concerns. We discovered on our last day the gas grill wasn’t working properly. Within an hour there was a new grill to replace it. These owners truly do want to see to it that your stay is the best possible! My mother spent the week with us and used the in-law suite. Which was really nice for her to have her own private area to enjoy. Of all the vacation rentals I have used in Florida. This one tops them all for many reasons!

Excellent home for a month long stay
Publié le 24 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed staying at this property for our month long stay. The separate mother-in-law suite is perfect to use as an office or for another family unit. Gives both groups privacy while still being right there on the property.
The main kitchen has above average kitchen appliances in addition to the normal essentials- an instapot, ninja blender, waffle maker, Keurig, and air fryer.
The owners were quick to respond, solve any small issues that arose during our stay.
It is a quick walk to the beach, and the house is outfitted with everything needed for a fun beach day- wagon, boogie boards, cooler, sand chairs, sand toys, and beach towels.
The fenced in yard with a view of the ocean is great too. They also have lots of games (cards and board games), the game system, corn hole for the yard, etc which adds to the fun.
