The front counter staff was great. He greeted right away upon arrival. He was very courteous. He did a great job. I would hire him

Jennifer was awesome! She helped me find one more night when Hurricane Helene was approaching. Staff goes out of the way to help those of us stuck in limbo with potential hurricane switching course. Staff worked super hard. Lobby filled with dogs at one point and all got along great!. Thank you, for job well done!

Only issue was that internet for quests was down for our entire stay, which was very inconvenient and added unnecessary costs to our stay.
