Room smelled bad had to turn the air on high to try and get the smell out

Great rate Nice area, personnel awesome , good breakfast, great location
Room- smelled as if it had been smoked in before. Carpet needed replaced. Had what looked like tobacco spit on the wall behind the trash can.

Staff Not Friendly
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsStaff on duty in the evening and the one on duty the next morning, very unfriendly! No customer service skills whatsoever. Evening staff on her phone hiding in the kitchen when we arrived around 5 pm. i just happened to walk in and see her, she noted there was a bell i could ring for service, but i didn't ring the bell because there was a sign saying management was helping someone else and would be right back, so why would I ring the bell. Next morning manager did not acknowledge anyone, just reading a book in the kitchen. Also food has gone downhill. I stayed here a lot when my parents were in sunny hills and i would come visit (2007-2012) Breakfast was good then, but now, powder eggs, no taste bacon and milk that seemed possibly powder milk. i could see they remodeled the hotel and perhaps that's where they were saving money. Our floor in our room was saturated wet and we think it was from the AC. Told staff nobody came up to check, but the AC did work well.
